Lift is a group strength-based class that uses dumbbells and bodyweight movements in five varying circuits. No cardio required- the goal is to increase muscle mass, endurance and metabolism.
LIFT
Circuit is a timed workout that uses various weights and equipment to complete a number of designated reps per station. Push yourself at your own pace - your coach will be there to support.

Personal training sessions will tailor your program to suit your specific needs. Sessions will also give you the confidence to navigate machines, free weights, and exercises like the experienced athlete you will soon become.
